Other guidelines are also consulted via the database of the US National Guideline Clearinghouse and the website of some important guideline organizations (Nice, Sign et cetera). The articles found are assessed on relevance for the question and for first -line medicine. The quality of the research and the level of evidence are critically considered. The articles thus selected substantiate the conclusions and recommendations from the NHG standards.
