Southern Kentucky Rehabilitation Hospital is a 60-bed facility offering physical, occupational, speech-language, respiratory and pulmonary therapies in an inpatient and outpatient setting. Our interdisciplinary team of professionals include rehab certified nursing staff, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, registered dietician, board certified rehabilitation physicians, pharmacists, psychologist and medical case management. In addition, SKY Rehab Hospital offers our patients on site services to achieve physical rehabilitation goals such as on-site laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, medical case management, dietary services and heated-aquatic therapy.
