Let the app pick your meals using its intelligent shuffling engine. Plateful identifies meals you haven’t eaten for a while, combined with knowledge of your favorite meals to produce a fresh and convenient weekly meal plan. Alternatively, if you don’t like the suggestions you can manually shuffle individual meals for a fresh selection or even just pick specific meals yourself. Plateful includes some basic meal ideas, however works best when you add your own meals, dinners and recipes.
