IRC Race Timer is a simple timer for use in IRC handicapped races. It allows a database of boats to be entered along with their IRC handicaps and uses this to calculate finish times.
A basic countdown timer based on racing rule 26 implements a 5 minute countdown with the option to synchronise on each minute signal. Once the race begin a list of the entered boats is displayed and touching a boat's time indicates it's finish time. When all boats finish the results are displayed in corrected time order.
