Non-profit initiative, aimed at distributing the Word of God for smartphones.
SMS z Nieba is an evangelization initiative that has been operating since November 1, 2006, when the first of the project coordinators, Joanna Mrozik from Biała Podlaska, sent the first text messages with the Word of God and the thought of the saint to mobile phones. The initiator and originator of this work is Fr. Rafał Jarosiewicz, known for his original ideas (e.g. Mobile Confessional, Library for the Dead, Gospel on the Roofs).
Currently, messages are sent via the SMS FROM THE SKY application - downloadable, for free, in Google Play and the App Store.
There are 17 thematic groups in the application and each user can decide for himself, from the position of his phone, which of them he wants to receive content from. Messages come at scheduled times.
1. The Lord has spoken in the night - 6:00
The earliest text message we send daily comes the thought of Fr. Rafał Jarosiewicz, which can be an inspiration for the whole day.
2. SMS from Heaven - hours 7:30
A fragment of the Word of God (from the readings of the day), the thought of the saint and a short commentary on the Word prepared by Fr. Rafał Jarosiewicz.
3. SMS from Heaven in English/SMS from Heaven in English – hours 7:30

4. SMS from Heaven from the interlinear Bible - hours. 7:30

This section gives prompts, through God's Word, to grow in faith daily.
7. Documents of the Catholic Church - hours. 1:00 p.m
A daily point from selected documents of the Catholic Church to better understand what the Church teaches in particular areas of life.
8. The "Raw" Word, a fragment of interlinear Holy Scripture - 3:00 p.m.

9. From the Diary of St. Sister Faustina - at 15:00
Selected excerpt from the Diary of St. Sister Faustyna Kowalska.
10. Motivating reflections - hours. 15:00
Short thoughts, helpful in many moments of life.

The Holy Bible is sent (by fragment), so that (within a few years) you can read the entire Old and New Testament via SMS.
12. Thoughts of Pope Francis - 4:00 p.m
A daily quote from Pope Francis.
13. A little more about God - hour. 5:00 p.m
Information and trivia about God and religion from the Catechism of the Catholic Church.
14. A joke from a priest - 6:00 p.m
Cheering jokes and stories with a commentary by Father Rafał Jarosiewicz.
15. Important matters from the life of the SMS z Nieba Foundation - 21:00
An unusual section with information about important events in the life of the SMS z Nieba Foundation.
16. Women's Quotes - 6:00 p.m. 22:00
