For this you will need two rib eye steaks, three tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, two cloves of minced garlic, half cup of onions, half cup chopped Italian parsley, two tablespoon chives, one tablespoon of chopped fresh oregano, one teaspoon of fresh chopped thymes and finally salt and pepper as per taste. With this amount of ingredient you will be able to prepare steak for four or six people. Usually people prefer to use oven in order to making steaks. But one may try other methods too. We will discuss here the procedure for making it with oven.

Before starting, set your oven to preheat on 375-80 degree Fahrenheit. Take the rib eye steak. Add necessary salt and pepper to it. Then add some olive oil to steak from both sides. Next put it directly to the oven. If you want to prepare it on gas grill, then you may need to control the temperature. While grilling, turn the steak around for once. You need to be cooking the steak until it is completely done. Approximately it would take ten to twenty minutes to be completely done. It depends on the heat level of the oven.

Once the steaks are done, cut the steaks into thin slices. Add all the remaining ingredients to it. They would enhance its taste. Roasted potatoes along with green salad go perfect with the steak. But it depends only on how you like your steak. It is not mandatory that you use rib eye steak. You might be also using others such as Spencer, Delmonico and many more. Steaks should come up with a smooth as well as soft texture. The texture and flavor ensures the wellness of a perfect steak. While cooking steak keep brushing olive oil in all sides of the steak so that it would remain soft.
