Technically the turret is a creature which means that its health points can come to end after being attacked for too long. To create the turret craft 2 gunpowder blocks with 5 iron blocks or just take Automatic Machine Gun (ID: 4000) from the inventory in Creative mod.
You will need to use BlockLauncher or a similar app to play this mod for Minecraft PE.
