This was the simple idea that started Tokuhiko Kise and Hiromi Karatsu - the husband and wife team behind the Osaka-based furniture company, TRUCK - on their nine-year journey to build their own nest, a place that would bring together their house, store, and workshop and become a home for themselves, their daughter, and their five dogs and eight cats.

This journey is recorded in their new book, ""TRUCK NEST"". It was written by the couple themselves (with all the text translated into English) and is illustrated with hundreds of the photographs they have taken over the years.
